The great dancer Carlos Velázquez

One of the great influences in the world of flamenco, with a long artistic career.

Carlos Velázquez began his career training at the Real Conservatorio de Madrid and at the Escuela de Danza Amor de Dios with teachers such as El Güito, Rafael de Córdoba and Rosa Durán. He has developed a career alongside great dancers such as Ciro and María Magdalena, among others. She has toured the world’s major cities as part of the most important ballet companies in the country, the María Carrasco Company, the Il Camborio and Lucía del Real Company and the José Greco Company, with whom she has toured the best stages in the United States.

He has participated in the works “Carmen” and “Il Trovatore” under the orders of Franco Zefirelli, together with Belén López, and has been first soloist dancer with his own company at the Muñoz Seca Theatre.

Baialaor, choreographer, flamenco, Carlos comes to Tablao Flamenco 1911 to delight us with a magnificent performance.
