Juan Ramírez

bailaor
Born in the city of Mérida, he quickly began his career in the world of flamenco, at the age of ten.

His training focused on visualizing and noticing the greatest such as Manuela Carrasco, Angelita Vargas, el Mimbre, Manuela Vargas, La Chana among others. This method gives Ramírez an essence that can only be learned on the street. He is a traditional dancer, who preserves the ancient dance “from the waist down.”

Always consistent with the purity that flamenco entails, his unmatched technique envelops us in an extraordinary flamenco experience. Throughout his career Juan immerses himself in several projects, among which his first album “Más flamenco que el heel” stands out in 2004. He has participated as a dancer on tours with Paco de Lucía and has numerous collaborations at galas with artist like La Macanita, Lole and Manuel, Tomatito.

He is currently continuing his tour as a dancer throughout Spain.
