Kilino Jiménez

guitarrista

Kilino was born in Madrid, in a neighborhood called Caño Roto, into a family of artists. His brothers Jesús de Rosario and his uncles Ramón Jiménez and Adolfo Jiménez are great guitarists who helped Kilino on his way to becoming one of the best musicians of today. His father “El Entri”, a flamenco guitar teacher, participates in his training and Kilino begins at a very early age to develop his musical ability.

At the age of 11 he began to train in the tablaos of Madrid and at 14 he joined dance companies such as those of Antonio Canales, Amador Rojas, Cecilia Gómez, etc. She has participated in shows with the best singers such as Diego El Cigala, Montse Cortés, Guadiana, etc. He composed the show of “La Gitanilla” of Cervantes in the company of Carmen Cortés and has collaborated in the disc of the singer Ingueta Rubio. He is currently starting his own album.

For Kilino, the guitar helps to express a truth and a very sincere and beautiful expression.
